I don't think posters dwell on what they don't like. They are voicing an opinion.  You can avoid struggling with this by not opening posts about it.

I honestly can say I really don't "hate" it.  I rarely apply the term to anything, but I look forward to Christmas for all the reasons out there.  But having it start in June or July makes me Thank the Lord it's over come January/February..... yes I'm THAT grateful it's over.  Can't wait to put the stuff away.  I actually find that feeling sad.

And now it'll be Christmas in August, September, October, November, December.  I never watch Christmas shows on Q or any other shopping channel. They aren't my thing.

Most of you know that Christmas in July is an Austrailian tradition. Here, it's a retail thing but it's not my thing so I don't watch much. Maybe a Valerie show now and then, but that's it. Gourmet Holiday isn't my thing either, but so what?

I am right there with you. I hated it when they did a full day on the 25th of the month, now they  tie up full weekends with it. A half day once in awhile until it truly is the holiday season would be more than enough for me. To those that love it, enjoy. My TV is not tuned to QVC and I am saving money.
