How often do I have to log in?

When I first open the Q website, it says "Welcome A____" at the top right of the page. I click on My Account, and I have to put in my log in name and password to open it. When I'm done there, I click on the forums, and again, I have to put in my log in name and password. Then I attempt to "heart" a poster's comment, and I'm required to log in again. Even tho it still says "Welcome A_____" at the top of the page.

This didn't happen just today. It's every time I come to QVC. I have to log in over and over every time I navigate to different sections of the QVC website. Does this happen to everyone? Is it normal? I'm tired of it.

I log in to view my account or order and I log in for the forum. I don't go to my account or order everyday, so usually it's once for the forums.

It's not normal. I'm using Windows 7 with Chrome, and I only have to log in once for "My account" or once for the boards. It keeps me logged in for at least several hours (I may leave it running in the background while I do something else). Chrome stores my log in info, so I don't even have to type it in. I'm no techie, but your problem sounds like a security issue to me.

I'm on a PC running Windows10 and using the latest version of Firefox. When I go to the retail site and want to go to my account I sign in once and remain logged in until I either sign out or close my browser.

When I come to the boards I log in once and stay logged in until I either sign out of close my browser unless there has been no activity from me for about three hours. If I even refresh a page at least once every two to three hours I stayed logged in.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

I have that experience. In addition after several posts I get some kind of message that I have to call and get ok'd because of incorrect sign-in. That is only sometimes the case.

Everytime you leave the site you have to sign in. It is probably for security reasons. You can save your password and it only takes a minute to sign in if you do that.
