I was on the computer last night and went to a bunch of different websites, (ordering b day stuff) all of them had free shipping over 50 dollars or 100. I also had coupons earned. These are quality websites, how do they do it and why can't QVC?

I think the Q has been relying too much on their long time (older) shoppers who just continue to shop there out of habit.  Eventually, those shoppers will be gone or just figure out they can do better somewhere else.

@froggy   Maybe having 3 Q channels was a stretch.

It must be the on-air live presentation factor, It must be expensive, so the question is do we want to pay more for clothing etc and shipping in order to be entertained by the host? For me it's a yes and a no

I think the concept of dropshipping is a total rip off. But I will pay a premium for a QVC brand that they have total control over the quality, if they stand behind it and offer free returns, not this smart label junk deducted from the item price.

how much more can it be vs. running and staffing a chain of stores and paying for the real estate

I don't know the answer just putting that out there
