How Long For (In Process) ????

I placed an order for two items with QVC on Tuesday, June 16th. I placed them on-line and I got my order confirmation AND a "Thank You For Your Order" email from QVC. One item is a couch throw and the other is a clearance bracelet. Okay, what am I missing, why the long wait and when are the items shipping? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
