Hosts' grammar

Just sayin', I enjoy the hosts with proper grammar, great enunciation, & friendliness. This a.m., I kept hearing one host refer to the guests as "Jonie, she ... or Phillip, he..." That's the same as saying Jonie Jonie or Phillip Phillip. Small thing but very distracting. Please work on that and also encourage the hosts to not continually interrupt their guest. Annoying to everyone. All in all, you have a great program!
