Hosts do matter

I really like the Jennie Garth collection and I like her. I caught her earlier today and she said she would be on tonight. I made a point to turn it on and forgot it would be with Shawn, ugh. I don't watch often but I really have a hard time watching Shawn. So will check out what has been offered, but disappointed not to see the presentation. Just can't take Shawn.

When a salesclerk/host takes attention away from the product being sold, it's a problem. Because QVC is a department store, where products are sold and not the sales clerk's career - yeah it's a huge problem.

I watch nothing with Shawn in it because I know it becomes about Shawn and not the product. I'm not watching QVC for the salesclerks/hosts I'm watching QVC for the PRODUCT. So the sales person should make themselves as invisible as possible and let the PRODUCT shine. Shawn does the opposite.

And that's exactly why I love Shawn and watch. I enjoy her and what she brings to the presentations. Just bought a top on the Carla Rockmore show.

QVC Hosts who show no customer appreciation and say something to the effect " they can't wait " for the show to end so she can buy the Carla Rockmore items.

It's always abt some Host's life , wants, needs.

@rms1954 I only saw Katia and petite model Sam on the Me show with Shawn. Sam has dark auburn hair. I haven't seen Deanna for a long time but Sam does resemble her a bit.
