Hosts at Home - Facebook Live

I saw this posted on Facebook.  Some shows actually sound pretty decent - the Antonella shows may remind me of the old holiday cooking they used to do on Christmas.

Apparently I cut off some dates and was difficult to edit first post.  I see that some will actually be on Instagram rather than FB.

Re: Hosts at Home - Facebook Live

Im enjoying seeing some of the Vendors homes as they skype in.   Craig Smith was broadcasting from his kitchen.  I enjoyed his decor particularly a chandalier that was hanging.  I also saw Chef Zakarians home kitchen and was underwhelmed. Did not like his choice of cabinets.  Thought Mellisa Epps Wilding ( vendor for the Bethlehem Light spheres TSV yesterday) also had a nice home.  Would love to hear comments if anyone gets to see a hosts home.

@JasoninBoston   QVC did this way back while Lisa was still with them.    I have seen shows way back from Shawn's, Lisa's, Antonella's,Alberti's and Carolyn's house...along with show's from David's mothers house.

This is not a new idea, but it is working especially well now.

I’ve been watching Antonella’s cooking videos on Instagram. Appreciate her doing them although doubt I’d ever make any of them mostly because of my dietary preferences right now. I’m sure they all taste good. Now the Potato Soup may be something I would try.

Also watching Shawn’s daily videos on IG.

WOW!! Something creative and different....nice distraction as many of us follow the rules to help contain the virus as we stay home!

Anyone know if you need to be a facebook member to view this content?  My dear friend Barbara is 76, suffers from an irregular heartbeat and is homebound during the Outbrieak, . She refuses to sign up for Facebook despite me telling her it is secure.   Can she log into the chats ?

@Reever,  Anyone can view public pages and their videos, etc., without logging into a Facebook account.    There might be an annoying message suggesting that you sign in or create an account, and you can click something like "not now" and sometimes it goes away and sometimes it remains at the bottom of the screen -- but you still are able to watch/read.

However, we do have to have an account, and log in to it, if we want to post something or "like" something because actions like that are linked to a specific account.
