Back in October, my husband and I received a post card stating we had ordered 2 bill to ship to Ipads. Needless to say, we had done no such thing so I immediately called customer service an filed a fraud claim. I was told by the oh so smart person that "they signed (my husbands name), well of COURSE they did!! Anyway, they file a claim and send us a new card and all is well....Last week we get a letter stating that our account had been suspended due to QCard write-off!!!!
I am LIVID!!!! Just beside myself. Tonight I finally got a person on the phone who maybe, just maybe got to the bottom of it and involved a supervisor. Supposedly, they coded our account incorrectly which is the cause of all of this nonsense. Meanwhile, I had made purchases after October and have continued to pay my monthly amount on time, every month.
I really hope they get to the bottom of this and do so in a timely matter, or I will no longer be a QVC customer after having been with them from the beginning.

It is the CREDIT card company whose responsibility it is to deal with these issues. Why stop shopping at the Q because of something a CREDIT card company did or didn't do? GE (the financial institution their card is through) is also the card company for hundreds of B&M stores and companies. Are you going to stop shopping at all of them because they MADE AN ERROR?

GE Capital did not send me a letter, QVC did. GE Capital never even knew what was going on. QVC coded my account wrong, not GE Capital. Thanks for the kind words.

I'm back!! But the most upsetting part in all of this is that there was NO apology.NONE. My account was suspended for over a week all due to an internal error after we were the victims of fraud and NO apology.

Kachina, we got a card stating our bill to ship to purchase had been delivered. Which is how we found out about the fraud. GE Capital immediately refunded the money, but QVC cancelled my account. I couldn't even log in as myself and pay another way and it took two weeks to resolve!!
