I swear my blood pressure goes up every time I have to deal with CS. Half of them have no clue what is going on, they are rude and totally unprofessional. I have been a customer for years and years and mainly shop with the Q, but I have had it with CS and their total lack of concern when you call, they seem to act like we are bothering them.

You may want to email them rather than call them. I have had better luck and they come across caring and professional via email. This way, you have a record of your issues and their responses.

This is the exact opposite experience I have. Customer Service is wonderful. I could not be more pleased doing business with QVC.

You can catch more flies with honey, than you can with vinegar.
Now, I'm not saying that the o/p came across to cs as a nasty witch, but, I have found that when I am nice and polite to cs, I get better service.

I've had good luck calling during the day, on weekdays, but it seems like they use temps at night or on weekends. These people are very rude and uncaring, in my experience.

Yes! When I've had trouble signing in... a number appears on screen, and they ask me to call to report the problem. So I do.....And get someone who is absolutely clueless.

Posts 1, 2 & 3, exactly that.
For me, CS here has been excellent, other than 2 snotty bad apples I got years and years ago. Email is the way to go if you tend to get emotional, reactive and steamed (not to say that you are, but sometimes I feel that way and learned not to call, but to write.) I wonder if it's the extra help they hire for the holidays that might be less than you expect, but I've had no problems at all. Hang in there and don't lose faith, they really are great! - Bird

In 22 years, I've ever had a problem with customer service either on the phone or by email. You got someone who was having a bad day.
