Returned 2 of the same item (different sizes) bought in October when the "holiday return policy" started !! Got a credit for one..the other one has still not been refunded .The reason given was it was returned after the 30 day return period !! What's going on ?? Called 4 times ..gone to Corporate...still not refunded !!

that's odd...if they were both bought in oct.....how could one be eligible and one not...I have sent back.... items that were bought in August ...Christmas gifts.....and they refunded me...

Corporate never contacts you. It is now up to you to keep on calling CS and emailing them until you get help and your refund. I,'ve had them send corporate emails and no one called back and sometime they didn,t send it to corporate. Keep trying different CS until you get results. Also QVC seems,to be the only company where you can,t speak to anyone from the Credit card company. If you put it on one of your other CC,S, then call them, if you get no help from the Q, and put the amount in default. This means your CC company will investigate it and you will not be charged that amount until it,s settled one way or another.
