pretty sure it needs to be shipped back by 1/31/24, not necessarily received by then.

i always make sure to get a receipt for my package AND notify qvceasyreturns@qvc.com with all pertinent return information.

you can also email qvcsocialteam@qvc.com to confirm that information regarding holiday returns.
