I returned a very poor Dyson vacume on December 21st using the provided label.  Still no status on the Q web but it sat in the PO for 9 days before leaving Tucson PO.  CS told me to give it 12 days and call, I did and now they want me to wait longer but won't say how much longer.  To me this is unacceptable!  

 

It was mailed back the next day after discovering it would not work on thick shag like shown on the video!  QVC should refund my money in a timely mannor if the return can be proven and the item doesn't work as promiced.  No need to answer me but I hope someone at Q reads these and will help.  Happy New Year to all!

Yes. Walked in a return to post office on the 22nd. Used return label.  Not even scanned in as receive,Went down to the Post Office and they told me they scan everything every day, so I was sure it had been stolen or lost.   CS said wait 12 days. Some weird dcan-untrackable-finally showed up yesterday with an email saying my return was on the way.  You are not alone. For me this has been the most trouble-filled Christmas season with Q, Post Office, and UPS with their Mail Innovation (post office)s messing all things up

 

Hope you hear something by tomorrow.

QVC is slow at processing returns during routine times.   Right now they'd be inundated with them and it's going to take even longer than normal.   You may find it unacceptable but that the way post- holiday returns are.   You need to chill.

Give QVC a break. During the holiday's they must have lots of returns. I have never had a problem with returns. Some take longer than other's. They won't forget you.

Thank you, still nothing showing but I did get a nice email from a Q staff!  Status unavailable should not even show up as it means nothing.

I WILL NOT use USPS anymore.  Worthless!  Why the Q continues to use this method to return items is beyond me.  There is no tracking!  I hope all of you who returned items get your refunds, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Update.  Still Status Unavailable after 14 days but today's call to CS says there were "glitches" and my refund will show, trust that it will.  Good luck to others.  This was a $400+ item so I think checking a few times didn't deserve any snarky comments and I appreciate the kind ones!

I had the same problem with a return.  I went to the usps website where I saw it had been transfered to Newgistics.  I then checked their website and it showed the return was received at Rocky Mt on 1/5/2017.  Hope this will help you.  It's very frustrating not being able to track return shipment returns.

Thank you!  I still don't have any info.

If I order in the future and have to make a return I'll pay myself for shipping and that way I know I can track it.
