Help?!?

I ordered a dell laptop using easy pay on the 6th. Qvc took the money out of my acct and gave me a shipping date of the 11 th. on the 10th they called and said they couldn't verify my billing address with the bank. I called customer service, got that straightened out. Then someone calls me and tells me that my laptop is ok and will be hipped. Now today I check my bank account and the money is back in, and has been withdrawn by another bill I have. What's going on? Are they going to try and withdraw it again? Or will it be shipped and then they try to withdraw?
