Have you noticed that the shows are mostly the same and only the titles have changed?

I guess that's what is new for this year.

That's been the case for years. That's why I have not watched a full Q program in probably 5 years. Only a few minutes of a show.

Yes, they let their Programming Director go on March 1st last year, so her replacement has come up with "new" names for old shows. For example there's no Shawn's Closet or Shawn Says Accessorize anymore, but she now hosts Shawn on Style and Accessorize with Shawn.

QVC finally relented and brought back PM Style in September last year, which the previous Programming Director cancelled (on Monday nights). I guess she didn't like it because it wasn't "her" show, but a relic of the P.J. Baer-era.

They do this on television shows too. A new head writer is hired and they launch new characters, ditching characters from the previous head writer.

No matter what name a show is given, Q has been showing the same 12-20 products (or variations of) over and over for many years. Most of us could recite the sales presentations.

It's really not a "new" thing @pripirt . I remember in the 80's they presented the same things over and over. That infrared thing they had, remember that? It was on day after day along with Lee Sands wallets, everything in diamonique, capidomonte, and T-fal, etc.

I agree, the names of shows are the only change. I feel QVC has certain items to sell and it really doesn't matter the title of the show, they will try to sell the inventory they have. As a customer since 1986 this is definitely not new.
