Has anyone had this problem?

Sometimes, I will cancel an item, it will read that the item is cancelled on the website.  I will reload the page to make sure it's still reflecting a cancelled status and it is.  Then I'll find out later that QVC shipped the item.  I will check the website and it does not reflect cancelled anymore.  WHAT is with this????????????

Yes I have.   Just today I sent back an order that I had cancelled while on the waitlist and it was processed anyway.

Yes this has happened to me.  I think the message for cancellation doesn't get sent fast enough to the shipper...and its sent. 

 

But then for other crazy reasons.....I have tried to cancel an item.....right after I order an item.  I'm not allowed to cancel.  Then it sits "in Process" for days.

 

So crazy!!!!!!

Yes, and many contributors on this forum have spoken of this happening to them. 

Too many to be coincidence, this is purposeful on QVC’s part - orders used to be able to be cancelled until they shipped out -no more.

Of course this is just my opinion.

Are other retailers as accommodating allowing customers to cancel so readily and online?  Choose wIsley and you’ll be spared these troubles.

I thought I had canceled an item but then I got a letter in the mail from QVC stating even though I had canceled an item there was a glitch and it had been sent out.  And they told me to mark it as defective and return it and I would get a full refund including original shipping........but that only happened that one time....Usually even if I change my mind and I cancel quickly I get a message Im too late and can't cancel.....
