Has QVC refused to post a product rating that does not appear to violate policy

I posted a one star rating on a beauty product that qvc has exclusively for a limited time. QVC would not post it. Of course they don't actually tell you why other to advise you to read the guidelines which I did. Nothing I said seemed to be in violation of their posting policy. I posted a second one but changed it some being very carefull not to violate QVC's policy. Again, they refused to post it. The other ratings I posted were posted the next day. I am beginning to wonder if Qvc manipulates ratings to keep a top rated QVC only product top rated.
