HELP!

I need help. I ordered a TSV Dell computer last month. I called QVC saying I didn't receive the computer. I thought I didn't. I didn't sign anything, you usually have to sign for an expensive purchase. I thought it was stolen since I hadn't signed anything. I just found out over the weekend a relative had came over my house when I wasn't home and took the computer for safe keeping, she forgot to tell me, she was out of town and forgot to tell me until over the weekend. When I got the computer, I called QVC to let them know I got the computer and to restart payments but I found my account was suspended. I've been a member for 12 years, can one mistake get you suspended? They didn't let me explain. Is there a way to email corporate? I had to create a new account to post here. Any suggestions? Thanks
