Would the bad reviews be the reason for them not being able to get anymore in? Many reviews mention cracks in the frame of this clock. It looks like the one in the on air demo has a crack in it too.
Beautiful clock - maybe if you would have put a couple of extra bucks into the construction you would have a good product and not fodder for the landfill.
