Received a set of 12 lock and locks I bought for my daughter as she was moving out on her own and I was helping her get started. Well turns out one of the 12 was missing. I figured "oh great now I'll have to return the entire set for a new one." Nope, I asked the CS person how we could rectify it without having to return the entire set. A few moments later he says no problem, we are sending out the one you're missing (at no shipping charge of course)!!!

It was a pleasure speaking to him ... we joked a little back and forth ... all in all it was a pleasant experience! THANK YOU QVC CUSTOMER SERVICE - YOU'RE THE BEST.
