I receieved this same email today and checked my account and nothing shows up.  My orders have been so screwed up lately, this doesn't surprise me.  I've ordered Logo items and got wrong colors, wrong items, multiple items in an order I didn't order.  It has been a mess lately.

@SactoSue - That is indeed a legitimate QVC phone number.  I'm looking at my latest invoice right now and it is one of the three numbers listed.  It says:  Customer Service Phone Number and is followed by that number.

It is not a scam.

(ETA:  @geezerette - I see you've already answered this point, while I was searching for one of my invoices!  I knew the number looked very familiar.)

Just checked email and YES same noticed and same.... rest assured NO CHARGES were made.  Wierd!

Just adding my name to the list—I got the email as well but there was no such activity on my account. The email address is legitimate for QVC, so this appears to be a test or email blast that just went wrong. Mistakes happen.

I received the same message today, a Susan Graver top was added to my account, it had the part number.

I looked on my order status and nothing there.

I'll check my cc for any charges.

My message was identical to songbird's.

It's time to delete. cc from my account.
