My last two times doing Bill-To-Ship-To the recipients did not know who sent the gift to them...embarrassing-!

If there is NO paperwork (invoice) in any deliveries anymore, then why is there a "gift option."     What am I missing here-?

There is still the abililty to choose that the order is a gift. After you place the item in your cart and proceed to check out, there is an option that allows you to check a box that the item is a gift. It is below the details of the order.

After you do that, a pop up appears that allows you to fill out/add who the gift is from, who it is for and a 60 character gift message. It should generate paperwork with said information.

Perhaps you missed it. I just tested it out and it is functional.

@Lovestheshores - Thanks for your reply....I did exactly as you mentioned months ago when I sent these two seperate gifts.   But there was no paperwork ea. time inside the boxes (according to my cousins).

My understanding is that QVC has stopped including any paperwork with orders, therefore any gift enclosure would not be in there either.  So I am still at a loss. ;-)

@MercyMe7.  As I recall, the "message" was just a line or two on the shipping label.  It could have easily been overlooked.

Not a very auspicious announcement.

I get a Harry & David holiday gift every year from a relative.  On the shipping label the short message from the sender is printed.  It's easy to overlook.. There is no paperwork involved.

I am guessing QVC does something similar.

I still get paperwork on most things I order.   I haven't done bill to ship to lately though.
