I had a Jimmy the Baker order cancelled  I used s $15 gift card on it.  When I looked at the order the gift card was not on it.  Where is my gift card??? Why did the Q cancel when they had the crumb cakes but at s higher price.   How do I get my gift card back???

The refund is issued to the QVC account under your name, not the gift card.

@Jessa9 - You might want to email the Social Team (they're the moderators on these boards as well as CS reps) to see if they can reinstate your order, with your original price, if the item is still available.

Just give them the details of your order.  It may be that, even though the item is showing in stock, there's some issue with the vendor supply.  It never hurts to ask and they're very good about responding.
