@KarenQVC   My goodness most people don't end up in the hospital.   Good Grief!

@BalletBabe.  The Temptation item is probably imported which causes many things to be delayed.  Cuddl Duds scare me too but probably not for the same reason.  I bet you get them in time.  Have a Plan B.

My orders seem to be shipping faster than usual recently.

@SurferWife    I did have one order ship really fast and it was ordered several days after these orders.  Guess time will tell.

I agree, @BalletBabe  The orders I placed at the last minute have already arrived. They must have sent those on a premium delivery. The ones I placed earlier than that are still processing.  Please ignore the rude posters. It's starting to seem like there are more rude posters than normal ones around here lately.

@santorini   THey only make themselves look mean and ugly not me.  All I can do is hope.  Thanks for your kind words

Have one order being prepared since the 13th and 3 others since the 14th???  How are we supposed to get our items?  Covis is not an excuse to not even have items shipped  in 5 days.

I actually think Covid is a perfectly good excuse.

This time of year is always crazy busy, and there are always numerous posts complaining about long wait times to get items.  I've never understood why people are surprised.

But especially this year, it makes perfect sense to me that pretty much everything will be backed up, that processing and delivery will take longer than usual, etc. Covid has impacted everything.  I have no problem being understanding about that.

@BalletBabe. Just found out a dear friend of 30+ years is in a covid ICU with blood clots in her lungs.  She has pre-existing health problems.  I'm worried sick about her.  Her husband who is diabetic and has seizures is home alone.  She thinks he has had covid too.  Count your blessings!

@Kachina624 I am so sorry.  This thing keeps hitting people out of the blue.  These are somber times.

@Kachina624   I am sorry about your friend.  I don't worry about it.  I haven't changed much at all in my life since this all started.  Pre existing conditions is the concern.  I am lucky that I have none and if I did, I might be more worried.   My Thansgiving did not change and neither will my Christmas.  I did notice that people that worry so much about it are driving themselves crazy.  I put my faith in the one above.  I pray she recovers!!

I don't understand either @BalletBabe  My DD decided I need something special for my Christmas Dinner for one.  She ordered Alaskan King Crab legs from Pike Place Market in Seattle which she lives close to.  They were ordered, packed and shipped yesterday and delivered via FedX today. Well packaged and frozen solid.  Obviously they have a process in place to service customers. I feel really bad for those that preordered items in plenty of time for delivery.

If an order cannot be fulfilled There should a notification that it's not available, and ability to cancel. I can cancel Amazon until it's delivered.  I am addressing processing not the issues shipping companies are having.

I am fully confident my Harry and David orders will be delivered next week.
