SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!  Gili with a "plastic" strap!  Please do not call it a leather handbag if a large percentage of it is NOT leather.  High End?  I think not.

UMMMMMM, "NO THANK YOU".  This GILI line has gone from "bad" to "Please stop" since Lisa left.  Just not the same.

@shell gardenyou are so right.  When lisa R was there are least every once in a while there would be something that had some class to it,  I think they would have been better off just ending this line when she left.  By the way I remember Lisa R saying she started this line and now this one is claiming it was her that started it, which one it true ???

@Silver Fox1.....Lisa started it.  QVC owns this line, but Lisa started it.   Good grief, you mean to tell me Jill is claiming it's hers?  Unbelievable.  Just a bold face lie if she said that.

I agree with you.  Just not the same since Lisa left.  Jill is so off base it's not even funny and I can not believe she claims to know style/fashion, because she doesn't, IMO.  I haven't purchased a thing in the GILI line since Lisa left.

I don't see this line continuing after next year if (1) the styles don't change to make it wearable for those other than 20 something and (2) the prices do not come down because they are overpricing everything and it's just not worth what they are wanting for these items.

GILI never fails to unimpress me !!

I have to agree.......nothing seems to compliment other items...everything seems a mish mosh....too tight ...too many zippers, tassels, etc...and what is with all the reptile type prints?..........and the prices for what they present is another issue....that blanket jacket throw type thing is just awful looking.....

Yes @shell garden I have heard her say at least twice on air that she started the GILI line.  .  She said last night during the presentation of the TVS "when I started this line".   You know, LOL,  the only thing I have even seen on one of her shows that I liked was a coin necklace she was wareing and I guess someone called in and asked about it and she explained that it was her own and when on and on about how she had found it.  Now if she would have qvc make a copy of that necklase to sell I would buy it in a flash, it was fabulous other that that forget it.

It's crazy to ask those prices for GILI when no one knows who is even designing them. Jill isn't a designer and neither was Lisa. Gary Gobens @ Denim&Co. could be designing them.

I don't think Jill puts much time into being the Creative Director. Something she just dabbles in @ the Q. I see it limping along for awhile and then hit the dumper.

I've never heard Jill Martin say she started the GILI line.  I have heard her say "when I started with the GILI line..."

Everyone knows she did not start the line.  What would she ever gain by lying about that? Again, I've never heard her say that.

It's a very cute  bag, however be wary of any bag that says they use vinyl/plastic for their trim.  I say this after having handled used handbags that were mixed materials.  Tignanello is especially bad now because they've expanded their definition of "trim".  Used to be handle anchors, handles, straps and the interior lining around the pockets.  However, as time went on, TIG chose to put vinyl on the bottoms of their bags.  I've even seen one style with the bottom/sides and front pocket were vinyl.

Nothing wrong with this as long as the customer understands the manufacturers definition of "trim".  Advertising these bags as leather is just misrepresentation.  They should be advertised as "mixed media/materials".

In my experience, by the time I find the used handbag, the parts of the bag that has problems are usually the vinyl.... it seems to wear first and not wear well.

Understanding all this I still say the TSV bag is cute for the money.  I, too want RFID in all my wallets now.....

I have the camo jacket and love it, fits great and is comfortable.  It's also extremely well made out of superior fabric.  I also have the Roma 3 in Camo and love that too!  Extremely nice leatther, well constructed and I like it so much I'm interested in buying the black one on eBay..... but those two are the only things I've been interested in.

Had this little purse been ALL leather with RFID I would have bought one.....
