What is going on with QVC? I ordered a KA Convection oven on 9/24 and had it sent to my dtr in San Antonio. EDD was supposed to be 10/2. She hadn't received it by 10/3 so I checked order status online. It states that the label was detached from the pkg. and sender would be notified. In other words, UPS doesn't know where to deliver it. I called QVC customer service and she didn't know what to do. She checked with a supervisor and said they would send out a replacement oven and try to expedite delivery via UPS. Who knows how long that will take. Orig. oven was sent out of QVC in North Carolina so I don't know if it was QVC's fault or UPS's fault that the label came off the pkg. All the pkgs I've received from QVC, the labels are in clear plastic that I have to cut to remove the packing slip showing the address. I just hope the oven does not have the door issues that I'm reading in the reviews. She said I could call UPS and try to give them the address to deliver. Unfortunately, UPS said that QVC would have to initiate that. Very disappointed in what's going on at QVC. Online problems, quality, shipping - it seems to have gone downhill. Sad.

@LoveToChat At least twice I've had that message on tracking and when I got the package the next day the label was perfectly intact. My interpretation of the situation was a driver saying, "I want to go home and this an excuse for not delivering this package".

@WORKING GAL Hope your daughter gets the oven asap. As for the door issue, I can say that my oven does not have any issues with the door or anything else for that matter.

I bought one from Q last week too & received it quicker than I expect...........and no issue with the door. I wasn't aware there were problems - but none here. It's working like a charm. Relax - hope this message helps.

I don't know if this was what happened in your case but I've been complaining (on deaf ears) that ever since QVC uses some other company to deliver, I've had one problem after another.
It's especially frustrating that the slip they put inside separates and they don't use sticky on the return labels....
Whatever! I'm tired of sounding like a broken record.....
