Frustrated!

I learned the hard way that you cannot utilize Easy Pay with a Prepaid debit card, even tho the it says that "all Visa and MasterCard" debit cards will be accepted. Now, even though the transaction never completed, I have a significant sum of money tied up because it needs to be "released" by QVC and then cleared back to my account. This could take 10 days! I'm livid! Money tied up for nearly two weeks on a purchase that was never authorized, due to their policies. Grrrr. :// I kindly asked CS to see that the website was updated so other customers don't have to suffer. I want my iPad mini and honestly, I'm ready to forego the Easy Pay option and just buy the darn thing outright from Target! Rant over.
