Shop with HSN.  That's your best option

I've ordered 5 items from HSN since June 30. All were free shipping and their regular shipping charges were $5.50 to $7.50. BTW, my auto ship items will also have no S&H. QVC usually adds S&H to their auto delivery. 

That doesn't mean the shipping charges have totally stopped me from ordering on QVC, but I do have some things in my wishlist waiting for the next free shipping day here (if they're still available.) 

My prediction is there will be free shipping on QVC before or right around Labor Day. No inside info or woo woo insight, just a hunch.

Last year there was a free shipping on everything event on

8-29-21. 
I am pretty sure it was the first free shipping day since June '21.  So they skipped all of July (CIJ) and gave no free shipping in August until two to three weeks after the big fall decor kickoff events.
