I already bought what I wanted this past week. Used my free shipping coupon. Glad I didn't wait ,cause what I bought went up in price.

Ordered a set of 3 Home Reflections flameless candles on LTS to use in some lanterns outdoors in protected areas. More shoppers liked them than didn't so we'll see. Comme ci, comme ça. I typically wait until free shipping for items with $5.50 or more shipping charge unless I absolutely must have something which is seldom is the case.

Since this is a 2-day event, I may be back and take another look/see.

@Whispergirl I did some damage. Did some more Christmas shopping. Once again, not one of my items went up in price. Of course, I only buy clearance, lunchtime, as is, etc. items.

@bargainsgirl @BostonMommy Most often, like 99% of the time, I only purchase items at great discounts. I believe everything I purchased today was less than $20 each, most under $10. With no shipping it saved me more than them lowering a price. Since I bought many items at $5.50 shipping, I don't see them ever lowering a price of an item I purchased to $2 or $3 so I definitely got great deals. 

You do have to shop wisely on free shipping days but it is well worth it if you have your eye on a greatly reduced item, not the one day or one time only's. Those prices are for a limited time and they are clear about that. I appreciate these FS days and anticipate them coming once a month or so.
