Free shipping and change in item price

I was so excited for the free shipping promo sitewide yesterday during the In the Kitchen with David Show. I bought several items from My Wish List. However, the Lug Tote-Cabby which was on clearance for $64.82, was listed at the regular QVC price of $81.96 yesterday. Today, it's back on clearance. SMH, not cool QVC. Do you think that no one is paying attention. Very disappointed.

I would call customer service to see if you could buy it on the clearance price and get free shipping. Too many pricing games going on at QVC.

And their competition changes prices in the middle of the day - no notice sometimes.

I think ww're naive if we expect the prices anywhere to satay the same from hour to hour! If we decide to buy something, doesn't that mean we have decided the price is omay with us?

I used to be upset if my weekly grocery bill went over $20.00! If I waited for that today, I could be very very thin!

I was considering the $169 saffiano Dooney backpack yesterday, free shipping saved over $11! But it wasn't available any longer. Wouldn't you know - it is today now! Not good qvc!!

@Sooner It's both. They're not the only ones that play this game. I often write item numbers and prices down, so I'm not fooled either. Maybe they don't think we'll notice.

I have found that they sometimes

up the prices on popular items....I had purchased two 5 star tops that were lovely; a day after I received one of them the price went up $5. On the other popular item the price suddenly increased by $5 as well.
