The free shipping shows up when you check out. Unless of course you chose something that is excluded. I bought 2 things and both took shipping off when I went to checkout.

I apologize for not getting back to the forums before the end of the free shipping weekend to respond to your question. 

The towel set I purchased is K97622, Temp-tations set of 10 12"x12" Microfiber Towels. I got Harvest Mix and Winter Whimsy.  

The free shipping was a $10 savings because today I would pay $7.50 in S&H and my state includes S&H in the tax total. 

It's a shame QVC does not offer free S&H more frequently. It seems like a no-brainer more items should ship for free. Perhaps they could dip their toe in the water with a designated free shipping day once a week for QCard holders.

i caved, and got 2 things i definetely didnt need... but free shipping doesnt come along alot... although the last 2 months it seems like they are having it more.. which is bad for my credit card  lol  since july this is the 4th time i believe for free shipping
