Just my guess, but I think it could be tomorrow, Sunday, August 8th.
Some of the items I ordered during Christmas in July (at CIJ sale prices) have gone up in price TWICE already, since August 1st. They are now at the maximum "regular" QVC price in Black on the item listings.
On those few items, the new price, even with free shipping, would still be more than I paid with s&h during CIJ.
I love free shipping days. This time, though, there are not going to be many deals to get excited about. 
Yes -- when it is a free shipping day, it is usually on a SUNDAY!
