QVC has NEVER refunded free shipping, even 1 day prior to a free shipping day.

 

Another poster posted the 'details'/requirements for free shipping and it's only the actual free shipping day.

Hi, everyone. Gotta tell ya: A friend of mine ordered an item with $5.50 S&H earlier this past week, got it 2 days later (nice!), and requested a refund of the S&H this morning from the QVC Social Team--and they granted it.

Sometimes they do what is called a one time courtesy refund. I’ve got it before.
