I think I found the reason but not a solution:
Look at your browser bar (where you type in QVC to search the Internet)
Is there a padlock in the very first spot or an i with a circle around it or a red triangle?
If you do not have the padlock your connection is NOT PRIVATE or SECURE hence shopping features are not easily available.
I too have this problem every site I go to.
Unless you have the padlock your credit card/passwords/etc are at risk.
How to fix this, is above my skill set.

I am having a problem with the QVC site. It will not let me select color and size, so ordering on line is impossible. I do not have problems with any other site, just QVC's

YES I understand this. Do you have a paddlock in the first space of your browser?

You're right,I get the same thing...only on QVC...It starts with the green padlock then immediately goes to the "i" with the circle around it...I googled this, but the explanation is so confusing that I don't understand it. Spikey's mom

The i within the circle means that the site is NOT secure. If you click on it, it will state so.

@Mz iMac Thank you, so is this on their end or ours? I'm not tech saavy and all the other sites that I have checked still go to the green padlock. Thank you, Spikey's mom

These forums/message board does not need to be secured. The web pages that request your passwords, cc info or other "personal info" should show the padlock in the URL field.
As an example, go to your QVC account & you will see that it IS secured.

Hi @Mz iMac, even when I go to my order page or account, I still don't get the padlock to stay there. It appears for a second then goes to the "i" with the circle....really strange. I'm going to keep singing out until the padlock comes back. Thank you for your time.

I too have the "i" on every page at QVC.
I have noticed on another computer with FoxFire the paddlock is there and all the features act as normal (video, color selection, etc).
I am lost and cofused

Me too @Abrowneyegirl, I've done everything suggested and nothing helps. I just started another thread about this because the security issue is scary. The video's not working is annoying but this is crazy. This is the only site doing this.
