Fleece Bed Sheets

Just received mine, and I noticed something.  The label that is sewn onto each piece is identical to the labels that are sewn onto my Malden Mills fleece sheets that I bought from QVC years ago.  Even the logo is the same.  Malden Mills went out of business many years ago.  Did Berkshire take over?  They look & feel the same as the MM sheets.  So incredibly warm and soft.
