Can your debit card also be used as a credit card? Does it have a Visa or Matercard logo on it? If so, you can use it for easy pay, if you use it as though it's a credit card.

Just check the pay with credit card box and enter the 16 digit number on the front of the card instead of entering your bank routing number and account number.

Yes, this is a good point. From your post, OP, I took it for granted that you were using a debit card with a logo. If not, it won't work.

If the funds are in your checking account, there should be no issues. I frequently use EZPay to break up my payments on WEN kits. Just be aware of when the money will be charged every month, and it should go smoothly.

Toni - were you trying to respond here? It seems like you're having some technical difficulties tonight, lol. This happened to me yesterday!

Haha, yeah not sure what's going on. My debit card has a Mastercard logo on it. Will it be ok? I only have used it as debit, never credit, but it's linked to my checking account.

You should be fine, but really, if it's a no-go then the system won't even take your first payment. The only thing you can do is try. It might be more reassuring for you to speak to a CSR and set up your EZ Pay over the phone - just a suggestion.

Thanks. Do they hold the entire amount or just the initial Easy Pay Installment plus the Shipping and taxes? I've read reports of both.

I've also read reports of both (here on this forum, in fact). But in my experience, only the first payment is ever held/withdrawn. They also break up the tax and shipping over whatever amount of payments there are.

If you call CS, don't say debit card, say credit card. It should just take the first payment. QVC divides the total ticket for the item. Price+shipping+tax divided by the number of easy pays =payment amount.

Thanks everyone. When I get paid again I'll place the order on the website rather than over the phone.

Also, about Easy Pay. I've read people say they wish there were more EP offers. Pretty much everything I've seen has an EP offer although I've only looked in electronics.
