I know, to each his own regarding show hosts, but for first time, I have turned off the VPH show and am not even taping it.  JC is just becoming too hard sell and imo doing less and less of actually presenting details of the items being sold.  Looking forward to Valerie's show later this evening!

What was the point in posting this?  Big whoop dee doo.  You don't like that particular host.  You already decided to watch a later show which is the adult thing to do.  It's what we all do from time to time.   Did some host bashing make you feel better?  Were you hoping that others would jump in and continue the bashing?

Which JC do you mean?  Jennifer Coffey or Julia Cearley?  Thanks.

The last time I saw Rick with VPH, he was in overdrive too - very hard sell.  Usually he's calmer with her.  Anyway, I too had to turn away; it wasn't the relaxing watch I'd anticipated.

Oops, Jennifer C. I LOVE Julia C. and she is definitey not a hard sell and does a great job of presenting products.  Thanks for mentioning that.

Only posted Chrystaltree so perhaps someone at the Q might see and try to rectify.  Not host bashing at all; just wish she would calm down, esp when with Valerie and actually talk about the items.  I have seen several of the new hosts with Valerie after midnight and they are all lovely with her and easy to watch.  But, of course, if others like this kind of selling, they certainly can complement it Chrystaltree and pay no attention to my comment.

Perhaps it's just me, but Valerie seems very subdued in this show with Jennifer.  I think Valerie is sensible enough to not try to get in the way when a host has a selling vibe that Valerie may not connect with.  Or, maybe Valerie is just tired from an already full day of shows and presentations.  

It could be just my imagination of course.
