It's HSN and MACY"S for me now.  Much better prices, customer service, free or low-cost shipping fees, reasonable shipping times to get items to my home.

I lucked out. I put in an order at Target and they use UPS. I was supposed to get my QVC order a WEEK later via USPS Surepost.  Well...UPS put all of my orders together and I got my QVC orders with my Target delivery a full WEEK before I'd have received them via USPS Surepost that QVC used. 

Thanks Target and UPS!

In my opinion QVC needs to stick with UPS only. Surepost delays by 5-7 days and that often makes me stop from ordering. I think they lose more than they gain with cheap shipping costs (for them not us).
