This is weird. At 7pm (EST) Amy is presenting "her" Adhorned bag, A462006 and within maybe 12 minutes, it was completely sold out of all colors by 7:12!!  She was so hyper, I was exhausted watching her toss the sold out bags under the table, she was moving around the items still available, the accessories were dropping off the holders, it was hard to watch.

So, a later presentation in the same show,  the same bag appears, and she added that it was only available in 3 remaining colors. I went to the website to check on it, maybe it was an advanced order, nope!  ALL colors available. I didn't watch the 2nd presentation fully, but thought it was weird that this change in stock took place an hour later. I thought I was seeing things.

I believe QVC On-line has a separate inventory.

@charsha  @stellabystarlight   That's more than misleading and maybe a sales tactic. Her "ear person" could have given her the wrong info.

They often "segregate" an amount of inventory for online and app sales.

This has happened to me frequently during David's shows, when he announces (definitively) that a color has sold out.

I've tapped the app and voila, purchased said sold out color.

It maybe that  a product looks sold out  , even when people have only put it in their baskets and have not checked out .

@charsha    I just watched  that Ahdorned bag presentation by Amy on Fashion's Night In and I didn't see anything like you described.   Amy was quite calm, nothing was knocked over.  Maybe they didn't show that part of the presentation.

@charsha    I just checked and it looks like most of the bags are all still available.   I think they create a false get them before they sell out gimmick.

Amy is not a favorite, she's too self focused and immature JMHO......

What happens is people put the item in their carts and they counted it as sales and QVC gave it a sold out sign, but its only held in the shopping cart for a limited amount of time and gets put back in inventory...hence Amy had to re-sell it again.....Also others may have changed their mind and deleted their order IMMEDIATELY!

With QVC it isn't a gimmic , when they say things are going to sell out , they do. I can't tell you how many times i have waited till the last minute and by the time i put in cart it is gone. Now the other networks are another story, they want you to think they are going to sell out. And it is rarely the case. With QVC if there are 200 left , it is gone in seconds.
