Good job for standing your ground! Every interaction I have had with customer service has been excellent. The reps are generally friendly, and I always get things resolved. I am glad your experience was favorable, because I have read horror stories here. My daughter called yesterday concerning a Temptations dinnerware set that had a plate with marks that obviously happened during manufacturing. The rep was very nice, and within 5 minutes she was offered a 10.00 dollar credit because she did not want to go through the hassle of returning. She was elated to say the least. Enjoy your purchase!

I always read the tiny, fine print on any and all offers, because there is always a "catch" of some sort.
I'm not saying that the o/p didn't read the tiny, fine print.
