My hubby just received a "postcard" from QVC with a $5.00 credit on his next online or app. purchase. Figured we'd place an order for an item with free shipping and use this credit. Placed the order online, went to "place order" sure enough, "not eligible to use credit"! Annoyed for sure, but not surprised!! Called CS and they said there was no credit showing on hubby's account and that these coupons were for new users. I replied that I was holding this coupon in my hand, no exclusions on it and that my hubby has made several purchases, including an expensive mattress set and we wanted to use this credit! CS entered it on his account, I placed the order over the phone and my EDD is 11/15. Very helpful after I stood my ground and now we start the waiting game, otherwise known as waiting for delivery, LOL! Folks, call CS if you are unable to order an item online/on app. If you receive any credits, coupons....I would use them immediately as it does say on the postcard that QVC can cancel the offer at anytime without previous notice and that it is for a limited time. To be continued...........

Good job for standing your ground! Every interaction I have had with customer service has been excellent. The reps are generally friendly, and I always get things resolved. I am glad your experience was favorable, because I have read horror stories here. My daughter called yesterday concerning a Temptations dinnerware set that had a plate with marks that obviously happened during manufacturing. The rep was very nice, and within 5 minutes  she was offered a 10.00 dollar credit because she did not want to go through the hassle of returning. She was elated to say the least. Enjoy your purchase!

I always read the tiny, fine print on any and all offers, because there is always a "catch" of some sort.

I'm not saying that the o/p didn't read the tiny, fine print.

@SandySparkles, thanks and I'm glad your daughter had a positive resolution with her issue!!!
@Anonymous032819, agreed, always read the fine print! I did read it before contacting CS so that I would have the correct terms and conditions to use the credit. Sometimes I don't take the time to do that, but I really wanted to make sure that QVC stood behind their offer and was happy when I saw that there were no restrictions and that we were definitely entitled to use it. I know it was only for $5.00 and the item I purchased was inexpensive but it kind of was the principle of the thing for me, especially after reading how many shoppers are havingving such difficulty with QVC.

You're welcome! Sometimes it just takes a little grit, and sounds like you had it.😉
