Q on your total purchase. For example, if your item costs $31.00 , no s&h, plus tax, they deduct the shipping from your total costs even though it is free shipping. I have sent missing cash tickets to Befrugal and QVC denied the request. I emailed social team and they said affiliates were working on it but nothing was resolved. So free shipping maybe an incentive if you don't use rebate sites. 

After I kept following up with the Q, they finally issued me a credit on my account for the missing cashback. It turned me off from buying on free shipping. Resolution or just to appease me for the time being!!! So buyer beware!!

That is terrible, such an unfair biz practice. total ripoff.

As always, BUYER BEWARE.

There was a LODIS handbag I had my eye on, on my wish list for a sale price of $109.  Of course I would have added in shipping (and tax); the shipping probably would have been $11.50.  Today, the price of the bag went back up to full price.  Even with FREE SHIPPING, it would have cost me more to purchase the bag today.

Do the math before you order!
