FIVE hours of In the Kitchen tomorrow?? Why?????

Oh please, why 5 hours of cooking? Sundays have become terrible programming days. Yes, I know there are plenty of other things to do, but it's just too much cooking every Sunday with the usual 3 hours, now we get 2 extra. How about a little variety?
