If you call the automated order line 1-800-345-1515 and let the recording run for a bit, then press "0".  when a representative comes on the line to take your order, ask her to transfer you to customer service. when they transfer you, you'll get a person that can help you.  that's the only way I've found to actually get to talk to someone.  don't use the 1-800-367-9444 number.
