I agree about the returns, when I exchange for a different size or color, which is rare, they always refund me …they never send the new items!

Qvc has not been exchanging items for different sizes for me lately. They return them, charge return postage fees and then I have to chat to get the fees back. The item is available but they do not exchange it but rather say you have to reorder. Most times the orice is higher as I bought it on a special pricing day. I have been between sizes lately and returned a few things for larger sizes . This never used to happen for me. 

QVC please review what your agents are doing or is this the new policy?
