Exchanges

The past two items I tried to exchange I had to cancel after approx. one month waiting with no new exchange even mailed.

 

Can anyone tell me are exchanges still taking this long now I know there is a statement that shipping is slow but wondered about exchanges before I decide to try again.  Thank you.

QVC's  exchange system just doesn't work

They did it as an after thought, not well-planned or effectively implemented.  If I really want something, I just reorder it.

@dulwich - I've had a mixed experience with exchanges; some have gone perfectly and others have not. But regardless of the final results, they've all been slooooowww.
