Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

@Sister Barbara - I have very good experience utilizing QVC Easy Returns for exchanges and returns/refunds.

Just send an email to Q Easy Returns with the related order number. If your exchange request is in stock, they will immediately send it - it shows up in your order history as a new item "Exchange" with $0 value & has shipping tracking information.

If your exchange is not in stock, they issue an immediate refund. You just need to ship the return item in a timely manner.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

I don't order anything that I'm not 99.9% sure of liking, fitting, etc. and no more than $30 so I just donate it if it doesn't suit me.  I cannot see spending $11.00+ to try on an item not to mention the hassle of sending back or exchanging.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

Being the cynical person that I am, I bet that is a source of income for QVC. People want an exchange, but instead get a credit and charged a return fee.  I bet many customers are not paying a close enough attention to what is transpiring on their account, and QVC gets away with that.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

This happens more often than it should. It's a good reminder to keep close track of transactions. CS is prompt to resolve the issue when contacted, but it's an unneeded hassle for all.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

@Chi-town girl I actually did use the QVC Easy Returns process for my exchange request.  When I got the sweater and saw that it was too big, I emailed Easy Returns within minutes of opening the package.  At that time, the new size and color was available.  QVC emailed me back shortly after saying they could not exchange it and issued a refund.   All is good now.  They have refunded the Return Label fee and I should see it on my next statement.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

Yes, the same has happened to me for an exchange that they said was not available   by the time they received the item for exchange. I believe that the return center staff Charge for  return shipping  no matter the circumstance. I done the Returns Easy way by notifying the QVC returns for an exchange and I am still charged return shipping .

QVC just says it's up to the customer  to  check on whether they are being erroneously charged return shipping on exchanges . You can't tell by your refund as they Do Not itemized  the return for you to see what you've been reimbursed for . Other companies  provide a detailed return summary.  These are very questionable business practices  by QVC. Sure, call QVC  abt it but  you have to do it every time for evety exchange . What a mess

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

@skatting44 , agree it is a mess.  Customers should not have to call each time this happens and have to explain their story.

If I order anything from either network, when I return, I don't use their return label as it ends up going to the "shipping agent" and it seems to take longer to receive.  I pay up front so that I have a tracking number and go online to see when it was received.

Then if I don't see any credits, I can call and give the CS person the tracking info so they can see it was received.

Re: Exchanges and Return Label fee

If that was the only item sent back with that label, you should not have been charged. Call Customer Service to get a refund. If you had other other returns ( not exchanges) in the package you should have been charged.
