When returning an item for size exchange, can I expect a notification of shipment of the replacement, or does it just appear at the doorstep?

Any time I have exchanged an item, I am notified via email that QVC received the returned item to be exchanged and they are in the process of shipping the replacement.  They also include the estimated delivery date.  Hope this helps.

@Another new name Sue You can always go into your QVC online account, go to order status and check to see when it ships. Take care.

@Another new name Sue - Maybe wait a day or so then check your order status again. The exchange order will appear directly under the item you returned not as the most recent "order".

How nice of you to ask.  It's on its way, shipped on May 15.  I imagine it will be on my doorstep in CA sometime next week.  I appreciate the exchange.  Seems like I always order too big.

I have done one exchange.  It took about three weeks from time I sent back.  I did not use the Q label.  I sent back USPS Priority.
