I bought a beaded stretch bracelet a few years back.Wore it to lunch with friends.The bracelet broke and the beads went everywhere...on a roll ya might say.I called CS and they said return it but I said I didn’t pick it up off the floor...too embarrassed.I was credited full amount which I think was excellent as I didn’t have any pieces to send back

This is NOT excellent customer service. Because some of us think this is excellent,cs is  mediocre  to poor. As long as we think this way (excellent) it will never improve.
