Today, I've noticed that when I zoom in on an item, I can no longer maneuver the arrows to look at different areas of the item. What good is zooming in, if it takes you to one small area? This never used to be that way, you could zoom and move around the picture (as you can on any other web site I've ever used). What is it with the technicians who seem to keep on changing things?!!!!!
