I received the following notification on 3 comments to a post of mine. I have not one clue as to what it means. Three posters "mentioned" me but this is what I get when I click each of them.
I must state the comment I made was in no way against any rules or policies ie: argumentative, political, unkind, etc. In addition, my post was completely removed and it appears the 3 that responded were removed as well.
Yes, I do realize we don't truly know the in's and out's on this board but I don't know who to ask. I don't know if I did something wrong, but again, nothing was against their policies here.
Anybody have a clue??? What privilege do I need? Who is the parent?

My guess is that the "parent" refers to the parent company of the resource what ever that is supposed to mean. The entire message is strange and makes no sense to me

@cjm61 - what the heck - I have never seen that message or have a clue what it means. Maybe its something new? I can't believe it did not come with a meaning better than the one given. At least you didn't get suspended so it couldn't have been that bad.
Could you try copy/paste and sending to the mods?
Again, I have no idea - Riley1

That looks like a glitch in the system. I don't remember ever getting that here, but I have seen it before other places. Sometimes it can mean that your subscription level doesn't include that, but that wouldn't be the case here since we don't pay to use the boards. So, the system is mistakenly directing you to something you don't have permissions to see.
Since you can see the thread these people mentioned you on, why not just go to that thread and scroll through it and find the comments? I know it's tedious. In the meantime, you could also report the glitch to the mods via their E-mail.

@cjm61 Looks like some bizarre system glitch. I personally would just ignore it.

@cjm61 Yes, definitely a glitch, never saw anything like that.

Not sure, but has the post been removed or locked?
I got this message a few weeks ago when a thread was removed for some reason, and I don't THINK I caused it's removal, but who knows?

If you email the Social Team, they will tell you what it means/why your post and the 3 responses were removed.

@cjm61 - That type of message is tied to system coding and an error that is occurring in connection with the link you're trying to click. Try logging out and logging back in again to clear things out, and if it is still happening, wait and try again in a few hours; the system may have reconfigured itself by then to allow the link connections to be functional again. Good luck!

@Icegoddess The entire thread is still there with the exception of ONE of my posts and evidently the 3 that "mentioned" me were removed. Vanished. And the thread is still open. There is nothing on any post stating "This post has been removed by QVC" or anything like it. Just vanished.
