(This is my 1st topic since the new forum, so I hope I enter this correctly)

 

Has anyone else checked their notifications lately? I'm not getting the TSV notices. When I checked to see why (under my acct), it said that "due to maintenance", it's not available. What???!!

 

I also don't see where to add vendor notices. You know, like when they have a segment or hour scheduled.

 

Anyone else have this problem?

I don't get all of the notifications either, seems pretty hit and miss.  And it's only for fashions but not all of them.  I don't get any on jewelry, hardly any on shoes/boots.  I don't understand why it's now and then and not always.

 Thanks for responding. I was beginning to think no one else has this problem. It's been hit or miss for me for a long time, but to not even be able to get TSV notices at all? Along with not being able to be notified when items of interest will air?  Makes no sense to me. I would think they would want us to know so we might watch or check online. Maybe not.  Smiley Frustrated

Oh my gosh ! I get constant emails from QVC and HSN all day !   I'm sitting at my desk working and my cell phone is on mute and at least twice q 30 min to 1 hr I get a buzz on my phone and it's a email from QVC, HSN or Ulta. I  understand that  when you give your email for these shopping channels that you are open to notification I just delete the msg but sometimes it does get annoying.  Evine only sends emails to let you know about your next months value pay schedule which I do like.

I had this problem about a year ago.  All of a sudden of stopped getting TSV emails and other stuff (even order confirmation emails).

 

I called customer service (not the order number) and they had to unblock my email.  Apparently something they sent me kicked back to them and so they automatically block your email from receiving stuff.

 

They unblocked mine and it's been fine ever since.

I don't have your problem because I get the TSV advance notification as soon as they're available.... along with a million other notifications.  I can't stop those without stopping the TSV email and I want that one.  So I end up deleting about 20 QVC emails a day....  *sigh*

I beieve that when you log into your QVC account and go to preferences you can check off what you want to receive.  I was getting a lot of emails and went in and unchecked some boxes and the emails stopped.

Thanks everyone for your responses. Sorry I was not able to come back earlier to check on this. I have had problems in the past with notifications, so I guess I'm not surprised.

 

What did surprise me was when I couldn't find where to add new brands to be notified about, as well as "due to maintenance" TSV notifications were not available.
